I Prayed for God to Wash me Clean

Wash me clean for I am stained
with man's iniquity, rage, and pain.
Wash me clean for I am drained
with the media's reason to be ashamed.
Wash me clean for I am stained
with the hurt of another's game.
Wash me clean for I am drained
from all the tears that suddenly came.

and Jesus gently replied...

Those tears are how I washed you
and scrubbed those stains away.
The process isn't finished yet,
for draining comes today.
Please Pandora just let go the things you've held inside;
I'm asking you to trust me and let me be your guide.
For there is no greater love, than the love of my own,
There are no other words to express the compassion I have shown.
I forgave you of those sins that even you knew were wrong
and all I want to do is teach you to be strong.

Most Excellent!! Will be one of my favorites. Keep the Faith. Rebuke the devil in Christ's name, he will flee. Write whats on your mind and in your heart. Great job here. Thank You.

I love the conversation here...because it's two-way.Well done.

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
