    For people who need to be shaken back into reality after life has taken all that it can from someones hope.. It can be better..

    I will Overcome

    Through the sins and struggles I will overcome

    Amidst the darkness of evil I will rise from

    And take back what will always be mine

    The happiness that life hid from me, I will surely find

     

    The days and nights feel like seconds as I live

    But the present is an eternity with no such give

    An eternity of chances, just waiting to be used

    My life will no longer be my torturer leaving me abused

     

    I was given the strength. The courage. The will.

    But there is one more thing I need to complete still

    So I pray that I will obtain in life what I need

    And in the end.. happiness shall grow from this single seed
