    this poem was about my ex- boyfriend. He meant alot to me, so I wrote this about him. Hey Terrell, if you're out there.

    In My Eyes

     In My Eyes
    I see a man
    A man of physical and emotional means
    Is it meant to be?
    Is it you and me?
    Am I attached?
    Everyone sees him as a thug
    Who only looks for midnight love, but
    In My Eyes
    I see a man that looks for infinite love
    He's a real man
    In My Eyes

    love is in the eye of the beholder. its to percieve that maybe this character is blinded by it. either way through it all i felt the emotion in this piece and it was full of sincerity and confusion, maybe a litte of confliction. great job on exposing it
