    INDUSTRIAL AND ELECTRONIC SEPARATION

    Industrial seperation
    Who led this operation
    Wake up eyes
    Its all a disguise
    to deteriorate the prophecy

    what dreams are left
    to save your breathe
    tap in
    be strong
    but don't hold on
For it's another place we are meant to be.

can everyone just stop for a moment
because I am wondering even now
    do you really hear me?

    I'm tired now
    but still wondering how
    to break through heartless electricity

    Electronic seperation
All they need is your cooperation
Do you really sanctify my voice through this telephone
    line
Can you see me beyond the screen
Am I still yours through the camera
    I'm screaming behind the wires
    I'm sinking in deep
    Lost in technology
Subliminally misdirected and scared to break free.

Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.

    Allen Ginsberg (1926-1997) U.S. poet.
