    Invisible Angel

    The invisible angel

    Thought no one could see

Who she was… Who she wanted to be…

    But while she was gone

She was taught to stand strong

The teacher showed her she wasn’t invisible

But if she believed, she could be invincible!

For God wasn’t the only one

    Who loved her so much

    Because the youth group,

They saw her, for what she really was

She wasn’t a sprig of parsley

In a field full of roses,

She was a rose, its so plain to see

She was a rose, full of strength and beauty…

    Her blindness shows us,

    That no one sees themselves

    For who they really are,

    What she thought she was…

    Its so very far…

Poetry is not the expression of personality but an escape from personality.
