Is it goodbye?
She is just a little girl.
And yet so am I.
She is scared.
Scared her mommy is going to die.
Her mommy is just a fragile flower,ridden with an awful disease.
She hears her angel cry at night"Save my mommy please!?!?!"
I stand by her door and listen to her prayers.
I want to run in and embrace her and tell her to have no fear.
Yet I cant do that for fear is eating me alive.
Will I live or will I Die?
Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.
