It's OK (A lost love poem from the heart)
Why don't you see me the way I see you?I've been your best friend for so long now,
We've told each other almost everything,
The one thing I haven't told you is that,
I think I might love you,
I wish you felt the same,
But you don't love me, you have a crush on my best friend,
I see you every day, I see the way you look at her, and it kills me inside,
I know it seems like a soap opera or something, and it happens every day,
But still I can't stop loving you, and I won't stop 'till the end,
I am invisible to you, the subject of many Taylor Swift songs,
No one knows just how I feel, not even my 2nd best friend,
Or the people reading this poem,
And if you ever feel the same,
By then it will be too late,
Because that's what always happens, I'll get married or die or move away,
And then you might regret it, and wonder if I felt the same,
And when that happens, I hope you read this poem,
So that you will know that I love you, always have, always will,
And no matter what happens, I want you to know,
That even though you were too late...
I hope you forget about me and live happily ever after,
Knowing that it's OK.
