    Knowledge

come with me if you wish to find the knowledge that is unspent,
You will be enhanced as if your past life came and went.
Your trip is uncharted and will be mapped by a destined path unshown,
Your past will be present, as no future tells of a flight once flown.
You will lose all comprehension of what pass came to, or knocked first,
This knowledge will call with closeness, to quench only your thirst.
Knowledge is power, or at least it was proclaimed by father times old grand,
Wisdom knows all, only when the hourglass has freedom of the sand.
Do you see what I am trying to express today,
Don’t lose the forest in sight of where the fallen trees lay.
I say this because fallen trees tell not of what they do not behold,
They were proofs guide for the stories, nevermore, nor ever told.
You will tire, along your fallen descent, for the purified grail,
Stop if you wish, but the bountified fear will spawn sure hell.
When you reach the hallway of self blame taught,
You will face conviction for an act unseen, yet undeniably sought.
You see now your knowledge was taken before you could reach out,
This knowledge is don’t be lost when time puts an end to unfaithful doubt.

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.
