    Locken In

Have you ever felt that you let something slip
    Let someone slip
The moment you think you’ve found someone
    Someone to complete you
What to do you when you turn your back on them
Do you let them find you
Or do you try to find them
    One chance on destiny
One chance to change a nightmare
Change a nightmare to a fairy tale
    What do you do
When you don’t know what to do
What happens when one door closes
What happens when you didn’t want to close
    Close that door
How do you unlock a door that’s been rusted closed
    Do you break everything
    For an uncertainty
Or do you keep doors locked
Or do you break open the locks
Locks that you put in place
    Break free from the dungeon
    You’ve encaged yourself in
    Just to find that one
    The one who completes you
    What do you
    A door was opened
    Another was closed
    Yet the door closed
Was the one the one you wanted open
How to open a locked door
    Where is the key
    To unlock
    Unlock your locked in state

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
