Love sometimes hurt, there's no denying
It drives you crazy and keeps you up crying
When love turns to pain, it's hard to endure
Although love sometimes hurt, love is also the cure
We tend to think that love will be pain free
When pain is all we feel, then love becomes a fantasy
The frequent pain causes a numbing effect
We start feeling all love is pain and that’s what we expect
Even when the hurt and pain is unintentional
It's so real it seems three demensional
Pain lurks in the shadows of love's light
It's always there, just out of sight
Waiting to show it's ugly side
to make  you give up and say love has died
Don't let the pain turn you away
for love will surely come your way
The pain of not having anyone
is greater than the pain of loving someone
The pain we’ve felt far to often to speak of.
Is the hurt and pain in the absence of love
When love is present it ends the pain
But hurt is only a portion of of love's domain
Born of love, pain is the first thing we feel
But after the pain isn’t love there still?
