    Love of Life

    The roads i travel
    Few and far between.
    Alas the dreams shatter slowly,
    Grasping what reality is left.
Reason i'm back is so clear, in heaven, we can't save the souls left behind.
So in this crazy world all of you i find.
In my dreams i work hard to get golden tickets.
I wake up and use every moment and use them as the last.
Awake and aware, with insight ,and delight.
Pushing my light through the impossible,
knowing my gifts are a great blessing.
Wondering why I chose the hardest branch to climb,
When i've always known true love is what i would find.

Interesting "mindset"-I like this one and I like how you laid this poem out...*smiles*

Poetry is not the expression of personality but an escape from personality.

    T. S. Eliot (1888-1965) American-English poet and playwright.
