    marcus' death

marcus' death is what we heard,
now he's flyin' like a bird.
even though it seems too brief,
all we're left with is undue grief.
to have you, you are in our dreams,
cuzin dont trip just rest in peace.
we know your still here spiritually,
    but it hurts menally.

in our family we are missin' you,
just watch over us and stay true.
    you had a good life,
it's funny how time passed us by.
we may cry and be hurt,
we know now to be alert,
the people who hurt you is a done deal.
may you be the man you was,
now rest and be with the lord above.
