    Oh, how I loved you, sweet Michelle,
    I loved you with all of my heart,
    I loved you more than words can tell;
    I loved you from the very start.

    It mattered not that you were blind,
    Or that you wrote to me in Braille,
    You were the one I'd tried to find,
    Oh yes, you were my Holy Grail!

    I smiled at the sound of your voice,
    ‘Twas the sweetest I'd ever heard,
    It made my heart and soul rejoice,
    When you spoke, my feelings were stirred.

    You were often full of laughter,
    So full of happiness and bliss,
    You had filled my soul with rapture,
    Nothing could have been greater than this.

    The wonderful words that you said,
    So innocent and full of light,
    They could turn darkness into day,
    And turned my blindness into sight.

    You have the most beautiful mind;
    You are intelligent and wise,
    Your thoughts are virtuous and kind,
    That is easy to recognize.

    I loved to gaze upon your face;
    I was always stunned by your beauty,
    So full of charm and loving grace,
    You are a genuine cutie.

    Your form is wondrously petite,
    So supple, and voluptuous,
    Simply lovely from head to feet,
    You are far more than sensuous.

    I loved to hold you close and tight,
    For you to snuggle in my lap,
    To cuddle in the candlelight,
    I didn’t mind if you took a nap.

    You are utterly amazing;
    You are the woman of my dreams,
    You had set my heart a blazing;
    My love was bursting at the seams.

    Sweet Michelle, oh how I loved you,
    I loved you even more than life,
    Always and forever, I still do,
    You'd have been a wonderful wife!

    Now you have made a grown man cry,
    You have broken my heart and soul,
    Without you, I might as well die,
    For now, I will never be whole.
