    Moonlight

    Moon nods at setting sun,
then sets the dark night sky
    alive with light.

We love to take the stairs
    her moonbeams provide
    and swing upon the stars
    in the heavens.

    We see fairies fly by,
sprinking their fairy dust upon us,
hear the song of the angels ~
the beauty brings us to tears.

    Sun nods to sleepy moon,
    bringing morning's light once again.
We rise to greet a new day.

If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry.
