    More To Come

    I linger in the door way; watching your every move;
    I look in disbelief, at the beauty that is you;
    I let my mind wonder, and I slip away;
    To a place that is as much a fantasy as you and I; a place we stay all day;
    It is such a rare, unreal gift that I can call you mine;
    And, to have a love that will last through all time.

    You whisper sweet nothings in my ear and hold in yours, my hand;
    You are not behind me nor in front of me, but by my side, you stand;
    You are my one and only, my hopes, my dreams;
    It is for you that my heart aches and screams.

    Let me linger forever more and see my life;
    There is more to come, for you have asked me to be your ife.
