    Mrs. Lady…Remembering the Days

Mrs. Lady, outside she sits staring out to the sea

Her mind trembles with thoughts amongst the swaying trees

Her curly brown hair blows in the wind as the oceans bangs relentlessly against the jagged rocks

As the sun sets behind the mountains highest tops

Serenity is in her soul for she finally has peace

Ready to think back upon how God gave her, her release

Remembering the days when she to had to start from nothing

Counting pennies, dimes, and quarters just to make something

Swallowing the pride and sanity that was once was her way of living

Now she had to humble herself under humility for someone else’s giving

Thoughts run through her mind of many things

Mistakes she made, regrets of that day and that night

Remembering the vicious struggle to win the fight

Laughing at a vivid memory of her college ways

Yes she smiles….those were the days

A cold stare that seemed to make the winds roar and the wave’s crash harder

Knowing her mind wanted to go a little farther

Mrs. Lady begins deepening her thoughts to her spiritual core

Wondering why the biggest part of her was left and not adored

She had humbled herself under Gods name and did what she was told

But yet and still there was no one there to give her heart console

What is wrong with me, Mrs. Lady questioned over and over again

She had given out her hearts joy and then her feelings left in the wind

Is this all that love has to inspire in the end

A faint yet powerful whisper that made her body crumble until her knees touched the floor….

“Mrs. Lady ….oh Mrs. Lady, when are you going to get it together, when are you going to learn I am the only one who can show you your hearts door

Are you going to sit there and loose or are you going to get up and try

I have heard your prayers and your vigorous cries

The discoloration and stench of how she felt about love had made her heart harden to everything.

A smile she kept but her heart, her passion, her love she would keep in a darken chamber carved within her soul hindering its wings.

Mrs. Lady had become hard and ugly inside from others rejection

Not allowing her to see that she amongst the others was an exception

There was no love for true self, no determination to put her passion on top of the worlds concern.

Mrs. Lady was determined to never be deceived again by allowing her heart to yearn

She was a strong women yet she knew her heart was weak.

Giving her pain and frustration though a reciprocated love is all she seek

Nothing she did was out of spite or revenge so why was her world so incomplete.

A question that till this day rattles her heart as everyone she thought who cared had rendered her obsolete.

Once again her body ached to the unsatisfaction of her probable fate

She was alone and without a soul around to fill her plate…

Remembering these false amends, Mrs. Lady stand’s up and begins to chant those gracious words that got her through

Understood and believed in by the hearts of too few

God is in control, and everything is working for the good…..

A few moments more of memories allowed Mrs. Lady to see that she wasn’t strong in her

Mrs. Lady had become her own worst enemy and not a conqueror

The sea quieted as her soul levied the actuality of it all

She had failed and didn’t know how to stand tall.

But is was all okay in a glorious way

How God spoke to her one day...

“God, oh God where are you, what is wrong with me.” Mrs. Lady cries

Here I am child I have never left you for I have stood in the crowd

Waiting ever so patiently for you to call me aloud.

Are you ready to give me your heart that I may fill it with my love...?

You see that is why I created you so intricately from the heavens above

I am the one you should desire I am the one you need…..

My dear please listen and hear my plea

Mrs. Lady, my child, look out to the sea and sky

Notice that just like it there is no gap between you and I

Love is you as it is in me

Love is strong love is we

No one can show you love if you can’t give me your heavy burdens release

A shock electrifies Mrs. Lady’s blood creating joy that set her bones on fire.

She had found someone who would love her for her with deep desire

One who would accept her triumphs as well as her faults

Listen to her and give advice with out alternative, childish or judgmental thoughts

Mrs. Lady realized she could let her love flourish in Him

And the once dark void in her could be without dim

    To the heaven she admires

How God nourished her back to life

To give her all her hearts desires

Mrs. Lady felt renewed as her heart had been transformed

    Her soul reborn

    Her love fulfilled and warm

She realized that all that was in her was from Him

Now understanding that agape love would not come them

It was a long road traveled but a well lesson learned

That her heart, her love, her mind, and her soul were already earned

In science one tries to tell people, in such a way as to be understood by everyone, something that no one ever knew before. But in poetry, it's the exact opposite.
