    Never Bend

     Somewhere in my mind time dont live
    Yesterdays thoughts arent mine to give

    There you stand  heart so hard
    nothing like love on your to do card

    You stold my  faith in love
    I thought you came from above

    with a smile you stand and look
    feeling all good about what you took

    ill learn to live with out you  like i did from the start
    just stand away  you aren’t a beat of my heart

    i see nothing in your eyes  no love no want
    blame for what you do thats your flaunt

    ill be gone soon  a long way off to the end
    then you will live like you want  and never more have to bend

    Makes me think of all the relationships wasted due to the other person never wanting to compromise. Incredibly well written though, I can feel both anger and a bit of pain within the phrses. Good job :)

    an emotional write of hurt, I love these lines "with a smile you stand and look feeling all good about what you took" it reminds me of George Strait's "she'll leave you with a smile"
