    Numb Snow

    Numb snow,

    red tears fall;

    staining life

    into slumber.

    Temperatures drop,

    water forms crystals;

    frozen life

    endless exile.

    Winter comes

    full white blanket;

    icy stairs

    death daggers.

    Hidden valleys,

    Fresh frost heaves;

    cover life

    frozen tundra.

    The gentle wind

    cries silently;

    bitter chill

    deaths

    dissolute pill.
