    On My Walk

On my walk I looked at my hurt, my strife, and all the ugly things in my life.

On my walk I drew strength from past pain and God removed Satan’s chains.

The issues that kept me bound in confusion, the devils illusion, well God stepped in and rendered the final conclusion.

On my walk, God was a constant, guiding my steps, giving me direction, reminding why He had a death and a resurrection.

While on my walk, God said, “Keep your focus, look straight ahead, you don’t have to look around when its by Me that you are lead”.

On my walk the Lord provided a gentle breeze, he put my mind and heart at ease

On my walk, I found out what giving my life to Christ truly means, I can fight all life’s battles on my knees.

On my walk, sometimes I  stumble and fall but Christ’s grace pulls me up through it all

Walking with the Lord is a beautiful thing, even though sometimes the blows from life may sting.

On my walk I learned to love and trust him with every stride and in my heart is where Jesus will always reside.

addiction is when one or more thing control your life. so i must say i am an addict see when i say addict you must say keep coming back. alittle louder known that your vocals can tier down the ceiling i'mcompelled to yell and shout out my feeling .see through my trife life i thought i new it all i walked like a king so just how could i fall. i admitt my life was some what sparatic,i had money cars and broads and still i couldn't manage.like having two left feet and some one asked me to dance, when a voice came to mind and said give god a chance.so i got on both knees in a bow down stance,i looked up above and i threw up both my hand.i said god please forgive me for all of my sins, and thank you so much for blessing me again. please keep your hands mixed in this new life i stroll, cause today i surrender and give you all control.for i know life with you will be kept on track, with that i'm a leave but i'll keep coming back. amen

Sister Rice you are on the road to greatness and your poetry is the way to chronicle the journey. Suffering is the price we pay for the glory God reveals in us and we find out in hindsight that the suffering is nothing compared to the glory- God's word says it all! Your mess becomes your message, your tests become your testimony and your misery becomes your ministry. I speak increase into your life that God may open up channels of expression that bring healing and deliverance for suffering people in a dying world. Please read the poem I wrote called Chance Encounter. Somehow I have two profile pages (I'm a computer retard- don't ask me how I did it!) One under my first name: Adam, and one onder my second: Turnage. The poem is under my first name. Let me know what thought it provoked in you. May God bless you and keep you and peace be multiplied to you in the name of Jesus!

Poetry is either something that lives like fire inside you or else it is nothing, an empty formalized bore around which pedants can endlessly drone their notes and explanations.
