    Ordinary Day

As I sit here in my bed
    Watching the days go by
Wishing you were here with me
    Another ordinary day
That I am here without you
As I go to sleep at night
    Dreaming of you
    I wake up
Just to see if my dream came true
    It didn't agian
    Agian as I sit here
    On my bed
    Holding my pillow close
    Crying because your not here.

Gabbie, this one's so true... just as if I have written it... You use your heart good... Keep it up!

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
