Born in San Francisco, CA. Mother of seven children, grandmother of 30, and great-grandmother of 15. I am working on two books, I have published one piece of prose, and I love writing song lyrics, and poetry. At one time I worked for a newspaper and wrote feature stories. I have written the first ten years of my life in rhyme. I spent many years as a caregiver, 13 of those years in Hawaii. I now live in Canyon Country, CA. My youngest daughter is a novelist and has written two books, Skin Deep and Schooling Carmen. I also have a grandaughter who is a songwriter. Writing seems to run in the family. My dad wrote song lyrics and my mother wrote poetry.
