A year ago I took part in a 90 day Spiritual retreat. During that time I was exposed to Minister led discussions and Exortations coupled with my own reading and DVD/CD dispensation of Bible doctrine.

Over the 3 month period - 800+ hours. I took in the information that was given as well as established my own reading and prayer routine. There was a new awareness that came with my having carried out this process. I am a Man of Integrity. I am a Man of Character.

My thoughts have changed - the way I think about myself, my life and those around me - those I interact with and those I may pass on the street. Whenever I engage with anyone - whether it is with a look, a touch or a word - there are two words in particular that I am now conscious of ........ Motive & Intent.

With that I will say - Every day is a Good day, some are Better than others.
