I am 49 years old I lost a son 12 years ago and I have been in a dark place ever since, I have one poem published and it was soon after my sons death. Poetry is my outlet. It sometimes help me see beyond the darkness. I have a college education and love to write not only poerty but other things. I am working toward the day I can come out of this dark place and feel my soul again and let my spiritilualty rise up through me, instead of trying to pull the spiritiluality into me.
