    POETRY

It was only by sheer chance

    I took another glance

An email that I could have missed

One that I could not resist

Inviting me to take a part

Of something close to my own heart

So let the words flow from the page

Like players taking to their stage

And find like minded people who

    Enjoy the written word too

    A pleasure that will entertain

To see their writings and for me

Once more take pleasure in Poetry
