"Query"

Resonance;the birth of sound,
collides with cosmic scream.
Butterflies caged underground,
resurfacing from dream.
Mesmerized by lost defense;
passion’s lust for chance;
careening stars,the evidence,
freedom leads this dance.
Instruments caressed by hands;
souls stirred and awakened,
times shift like burning sand,
universe is shaken.
Beautiful, impending doom
scars the astral planes.
One voice decorates a room,
someone smiles, again.
Splendid orchestrations;
dissonance unwanted.
Hearts in celebration,
angels still, are haunted….

you are crazy good. i love your style. "one voice decorates a room" are you kidding me ? that is powerful, visual and genius. 10

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
