    Rain

    I stand here watching

    as the rain gently falls.

Closing my eyes I see your face,

feel you near, your fingers run through my hair.

My mind drifing back in time.

I feel your kiss upon my lips, on my cheek, along my neck,

feel your breath against my skin, warm, soft,

    sends electricity through my soul.

I feel the rain upon my face,

    gentle drops against our skin

turning to steam from the passion within.

In this place within this time,

    wrapped in your arms

    soaked from the rain.

    Here is where my mind

    forever remains.
