    Red Bracelets

Look at my bracelets, so pretty and red
They remind me of all the tears i've shed.
All the dark days so lonely and sad
But, with my bracelets on, it doesn't hurt so bad.

Nothing hurts anymore, i;ve gone numb
My heart is beating in my ears like a drum.
I can't feel it anymore, but i know it's there
Even though it's been stomped on by people who dont care.

They don't care about me and they never will
But the pain stops when my wrists start to spill.
I've got my bracelets on again, they'll keep me safe
They won't let people hurt me, they'll guard my gates.

My bracelets flush all the bad things out
They make me forget what I was sad about.
I wear them when i'm hurting inside
They keep me from wishing I had died.

So tonight i'm wearing them because you left me
But somethings wrong, it's all cloudy, I can't see.
    I can't breathe, I can't feel, i'm going to sleep
I guess I finally cut my bracelets too deep.
