    R.I.P daddy

    As i'm sitting in a hospital .
    tired.
the smell of disenfectent and despair.
as i sit there holding your almost lifeless hand
i weep for i am only human.
seeing the life leaving your body
    killing me.
knowing the minute you fell asleep
    you were all ready gone
coming back to see the house you once lived in
    your body cold and life-less.
    your not here
    you
    are
    gone
now when i think of you i think of are the happy times
    many of them
    are
    silly
when i shut my eyes i see you
if this were to stay i could sleep forever
knowing i will never feel you warm embrace,
    your hand upon my forehead
the feeling of your hand in mine
    well what can i say?
    im deprived.
