    Seasons

Hey love I have to apologize

Because the very sight of you has me starting to fantasize

About loving you in every way as time passes by

Making you happy until the day that I die

For your love I’ll put it all on the line for us to stay together

My love for you spans all seasons no matter the weather

Come fall I will have fell in love with you again

Thanking the heavens for the love of my life and my bestfriend

As I hold you close I’ll give your forehead a kiss

With sensuality cause I know you like it like this

We’ll make love under a tree on a bed of leaves

Tangled in one another like a love weave

I’m always ready to satisfy you at the drop of a dime

Because everytime we get down it’s like the first time

I’ll make love to you all of September and through October

Then wine and dine you til mid December

As the cold draws near I’ll love you through the winter

Doing all I can to keep you warm to your very center

We’ll lie together in front of the fireplace

With thoughts of pleasing you I can’t erase

We’ll make love all the while

Wintery month after another working on our love child

Winter is close to its end but Spring is on the horizon

Different season, but same love with the temperature rising

By Spring I’m sprung off your love

No matter what I’m doing it’s you I’m constantly thinking of

When you’re in the mood you’re wetter than ten swimming pools

And your love is the best, no lie though this is the month of April’s fool.

We’ll have each other by the Bayou in an ocean of flowers

Savoring every moment, loving each other for hours

This won’t stop come end of daylight

We’ll do it on the beach as the stars be our candlelight

Now a new day the clouds begin to form

Spring comes to an end with a slight thunderstorm

It was a joy but Springtime is spent

Though we enjoyed every moment and its enchantment

    As summer rears its face

Another season of love I’m eager to embrace

Hotter than the desert in the middle of June

Together our bodies play a sweet melody of love to the perfect tune

Thirsty for your love I long for what is destined to be

Then you melt like ice cream in the Sun all over me

Summer departs with a cool breeze marking its end

Gone for now but like every season will be back again

Gone for now but like the seasons will be back;but my love for you will never end

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.
