    • I apologize for the gruesome poems.Some are too much for even me to read anymore. I get depressed. Guess where the negative feeling goes?

    Poem Commentary

    Very depressing poem, I know. This is just what was on my mind. I write poems to express my feelings and get rid of them. I'm never aiming for the poem to actually be a formal and correctly formatted poem. I just write to release the feelings....

    Self Destruct

    I'll rip out my heart and hand it to you
    I'll peel back my mask and remove all the glue

    I'll surrender my life for the one I once knew
    I'll take it all back, every lie I've told you

    I'll cling to the hope that her words aren't so true
    I'll destroy everything that'll remind me of you

    I'll fall off the ledge into the deep and dark blue
    I'll smile and laugh as there's nothing you can do

    and

    I'll hope you're reminded of all the times I've saved you
