    Smoldering Heat

    Misty smoke of capture
locked in the embrace of me
    swirling touch of sacred dreams

    Hearing with our heartbeats
    measured trance ignite
    crescent moon releases
    passions energy this night

    look deeply into the eyes
that were made for only you
careful now the spell is casting
there is nothing we can do

resist me not my sweet one
for it will be to no end
    I have captured your essence
with a flick of just my hand

    salty tears of heaven
    slide down the valley's crest
    smoldering heat of wisdom
    coat throat of never end

    slip deeply into wetness
    swallowed by the midnight skies
    entranced with an whimsical angel
laughter on the wind brings seduction sigh

    inky drops of craving
    marked you this night
    wade into the ether
    as our bodies take flight

Fantasy and magic woven through your words enhance this lovely piece. This reads like a romance novel...Good work! Please give some of mine a read when you get the chance.

Poetry is not a turning loose of emotion, but an escape from emotion.
