Sometimes...
Love
Makes assumptions
and commitments
that sometimes our reasoning mind can not get its arms around

Sometimes
you are forced to choose which master
you must listen to
and which to obey

If you truly believe
that your heart speaks the truth,
Then how can the reasoning mind
effect change in that ?

Sometimes...
another person will plant seeds of knowledge
or even seeds of doubt
within you

Sometimes...
you are called upon to water these seeds.
Yet you must decide
whether or not
you give them life

For some are deserving,
and others are not.
It matters nought who brought them to you
or what logic supports them
or what reasoning mind breathes life into them

For the truth is this,
none other than love
can truly decide.
