Spreading Freedom
I have seen some hatred
and I have been to war.
I don’t know what the logic is
or what some are fighting for.
But I do believe in freedom
and think that it should reign supreme.
I believe that all of this Earth’s people
should have a chance to live that dream.
So let’s set aside religion,
and let’s set aside the skin.
And do all that we can do
to change the world were living in.
Our dreams, they may be different
but we should find some common ground.
Or a way to change the future
so it’s not so upside down.
So spread the word of freedom
so that none will be oppressed.
Let us change this world of turmoil
and get rid of the unrest.
