    Tangled

Oh what a tangled life we lead.
With such lies, and deceptive seeds.

    The levels of emotional Strain,
    Breaking down my feeble brain.

    Suduction and so much lust,
Seeming to be such a must.

    Gluttony, and greed,
Not so much a rare breed.

A stake between the parent, and child's heart,
    Sweeping them so far apart.

Rage, and violence are the addicts evil seeds.

Oh what a tangled life we lead,

    When we stop to see.

Great and direct poem. Keep up the good work.

In science one tries to tell people, in such a way as to be understood by everyone, something that no one ever knew before. But in poetry, it's the exact opposite.

    Franz Kafka (1883-1924) Czech writer.
