    THE COLOR OF GREEN

It comes in green, This we all know.
It comes in silver and also gold.
It can bring lots of things,
    sometimes new sometimes old.
These thing can be shinny or tarnished you know.
There is one thing, I feel i must say.
It can also bring evil and greed your way.
If your still not sure, and you gotten to here.
Its money my friend, So please be a wear.
It can cause so much anger, It can cause so much hate.
    It controls  the whole world.
    It controls human fate.
So you with no money, life can really be harsh.
No food on the table no gas for the car.
Your faith will start slipping. You no longer feel strong.
you just can't stop thinking, were it all went so wrong.
But you with the money, and your head held so high.
Stop your dam staring, just keep walking by.
If i had to bet on the person you seem.
You know no color but the color of green.

money and greed has brought this world to the point of destruction. to judge people and their worth based on the amount of printed paper and pressed metals they possess... is warped :D I agree with you TreeLife.

Poetry is not a turning loose of emotion, but an escape from emotion.

    T. S. Eliot (1888-1965) American-English poet and playwright.
