the dictator
"We live in a world of strongs and weaks,
we live in a world dominated by the beast,
we live in a today jeopardized by tomorrow,
we leave from a yesterday that's full of sorrow,
everywhere you look there's famine n disaster,
and nowhere to be seen or felt is the Master,
the one and only who could pacify us all,
the Force, this Grace which can make us a whole.
We forgot our greatest skills,
subjugating our many wills,
to a dictator that really comes from within,
and no matter how much we scream n shout,
that change we seek must come from inside not from the without.
Our children look up, dreaming at the stars,
our elders look down, toward our roots planted on mars,
and right in the middle is the rest of of us,
confused teenagers and adults that make so much fuss;
so many rules and structures
mechanical intelligences and tortures
lost city shamans from inside jungles
mantain the connection with nature and mingle
to remind each other what once spoke the muse
freedom is another way for sayin nothing left to lose."
