    The Thief

    One with an innocent face
Always looking like a harmless snake
I really do wonder if there is no harm under that skin
But when you do the things you do
    I do know that
You can pilfer light out of daylight

With a bate of your eyelids
With a smile on your lips
With that sparkle in your eyes
With a rise in your eye brows
With the widening of your eyes
You steal!! Steal away my heart
You are the thief, the answer to my missing heart

I’m your victim and I love to be
I love the way it feels
To lose my heart to the one I love.

Poetry is not the expression of personality but an escape from personality.
