The Underdog

The Underdog

A cavernous exploration-
a ravaging, a rape, exploiting
the misinterpreted.

Heiroglyphs centuries young
to creatures unknown
to introspection.

Flurries of the mind
returning to an alphabetically
tangled juxtiposition.

Nonsense moves mountians
while the lame duck sits
in contemplation.

Revolving doors stuck
between parallels & paradise-
still unacquainted.

A feverish saint
to the ill-begotten founder
serves up propaganda.

The circus mouse performs
in the lion's mouth,
silencing the damned.

Ancient hostilities teaming
with pride & inquisition-
burning questions alive.

Even still, I am betting on the truth.
