    This Life

     I once heard somebody say
    to thine ownself be true
    and always treat those you meet
    the way you want them to treat you
    if you find a wandering soul
    who is lost or doing without
    show them the way or give them some bread
    cause that's what life's all about
    the pointing of fingers and judging of man is not the task for you
    God's purpose for man is to flourish the land
    for He will be judging you
    the good the bad the rich the poor
    those who stay single or choose to marry
    He never puts forth a burden on any
    He feels they cannot carry
    so live your lives with this in mind
    pray with your hearts and your souls
    be thankful for what you get and don't get
    cause He gives what we need and He knows

    This Life is always a poem to live by. We have lost so much. Life was meant to be shared not raced through. take your time and give credit to Our Savior. After all, He died for all of us. Peace and Blessings!

    YES!!! This is what I'm talking about!! Thank you for saying what I could never get on paper. Someone other than me "gets it". Don't just frame this poem, it needs to be published so that other souls can be refreshed by it.

    You summed up the essential points about Christian conduct-and it could not have been phrased more concisely. Frame this poeem for a wall decoration!.Very well written!
