    THOUGHT'S STRAIGHT FROM THE HEART
    When I'm down in deep despair
    I bow my head and say a prayer
    But when I'm lost or feel alone...
    I take my pen and write a poem,
    And If I write just what I feel...
    It helps clear away my troubles and fears.

    And so these poems are from the heart,
    To help me heal, not fall apart.

    And as I share my thought's with you,
    I hope my pen will help me through...
    Cause with my poems and with this pen,
    I start to feel whole, all over again .

    I like this. :) Totally true in my own life too. I find that I write the best when I'm upset, somehow... :/

    This is what Poets do! so I'm told that all great poets get most inspirations when they are either in Bliss or in deep within sadness or feeling a bit down.. nothing in between.. strange how that is. be well HAPPY NEW YEAR and may the new year bring you health,love,happiness and inspiration!     Hello, thank you for sharing your thought's with me, I was once told that we must never bottle up our troubles, because one day it will take it's toll on us. I was blessed to be able to release my troubled thought's into the form of a poem, and I find peace within my heart once again..
