    to a friend

     tears fall as you wave goodbye
    the final kiss like a knife through the heart
    the eyes that i loved are no longer looking into mine
    never again will i see the light of your soul.
    so many years have passed by.
    we both moved forward
    and tried to love as much as we had then

    i found love again but only after you passed away
    but even then it took me time.
    i had never loved like we loved. didnt want to i guess
    but now i know you will never come back
    never will i hear your voice again.
    never will i see you
    never again will i feel those kisses

    i will always miss you, and your never far from my thougts
