    • &&now things are coming clear and i don't need you here and in this world around me, i'm glad you dissappeared-3 days grace

    to my uncle

I never got to tell you
    that i loved you so
    but when you WERE here
    i figured that you'd know

that you knew i loved you
    with all my heart...
    but now that you're gone
    its falling apart

now i regret all the times
    that i disrespected you
    and all those times
i thought i knew what to do

    I'm sorry for making you
    deal with me
and now i need to understand
    that you're free

i still love you and i need you
i cant seem to let you go,
    and everything i said
i just needed to let you know

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
