    Poem Commentary

Just a little poem about feelings for a girl. This is the second newest poem I've made, the newest being the one I submitted before this one.

    To Want an Angel

    What is this feeling?

This feeling leaves me with scars.

    What is this feeling?

It’s as strong as the shining of the stars.

    What is this feeling?

    I can’t help but ponder

these emotions that tear my heart asunder.

What image can I not forget?

It is that of an angel ever so imperfect.

    What name plagues my thoughts?

It constantly wades through my mind.

Who is this angel that I cannot seem to find?

This feeling, why does my heart know it so well?

This image, why does it seem as clear as the ringing of a bell?

    This name, reality it dispels.

The feeling, the image, the name: what story do they tell?

    My heart beats,

    My mind ponders,

    My soul desires.

    This tempting angel,

I can’t seem to resist her glow.
