Today
Today I felt like cryingI wipe away the tears
Today I felt like smiling
I heard music to my ears
Today I felt like shouting
I am invisible once again
Today I felt like screaming
but my voice just wouldn't speak
Today I felt like singing
I kept my joy inside
Today I went upstairs
in my room I would hide
Today I felt alone and confused
so I started a bath
Today was another day
So I did not get to laugh
Today ended up as just another day
filled with hurt,pain and tears
Today I felt tired
I knew tomorrow would
be even closer with
all the thoughts
of today
Today i felt sad because as soon as I close my eyes
there would be no tomorrow
