    Treasure Hunt

    Follow the directions-
    Without any rejections.
    Map out your plot-
For later to claim your spot.
    Look near the ship-
As you search for a clue-
Think of the old and the new.
Though this treasure hunt is not wholly-
I know you'll approach your treasure boldly.

If it's hard don't give up.
    Just find the 'X'-
You'll know what to do next.
If you hurry, you won't have to worry.
The 'X' is where you want to be-
    To claim your treasure.......
    ME ! !

I'm no expert but I think this is a good poem with great potential-sometimes I'll write and set it aside and then rewrite it a few times more.

thats a poet...a good poem takes thought and sometimes that means coming back to it...u have to feel what ur writing because if our moods change the tone of the poem does also and sometimes thats comes off as a bad poem

Poetry is what gets lost in translation.
