unbloom

i am resiliant to change as i always follow the sun.
a million fears invade me, i am trembling.
i enter a safe place, not far from my path,
my safe sunny path.
the winds shift, blowing, whistling of difference.
my roots are pulled from the ground.
the wind gives me great height,
as i soar away from my sunny, safe path.
the darkness is overwhelming as i stray.
then abruptly a gleeming orb of light inhales the horizon.
this calms my fear, and i begin to change.
