what will you consider by carolyn young

    what would you consider,
    the shrew or the strong,
    maybe a parting mellow,
    or a streaming pond.
    what will you consider?

    what will you consider,
    old or something new,
    meaningful or rather truthful,
    maybe careful over bitterness.

    what would you consider,
    alas, a founding, a chucking,
or a little bit of more.

    what you consider,
    something with more feeling,
    or more or less panting!

    like a brain wave
    traveling through,
    or an electrical sparks
    driving you through ectasy
    what would you consider.

    notion for notion
    strangeness for rareness,
    unkindness for sweetness
    what would you consider?

    for time is so short,
    alas you will consider this...

    Your life!
