    When I met you

    Just when I thought that
I could never wish for more
    U came along – I saw you
And all my wishes came true in an instant
I looked at you and words alone
    Can’t explain what I felt
    Desire was far beyond it
    The gentles you posses
Could make a woman go crazy
Trying to get to your heart
I searched for just a word to say
    But no word by itself
Could match up to your personality
And all the words in the world
    Seemed empty compared
    To your calmness.

You said “Hi” so did I?
You smiled back and I felt
My heart skip, my thoughts were rushing
My mind thought, “This is it”
    Now that I know you,
I know I have discovered what I’ve been looking for
Someone to love as a friend,
So let me love you for ever
And I will be by your side
    Let me be your friend!!

If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry.
