    Who's reality?

    I’ve dream, I’ve cried
    I’ve lived I’ve died

My life was long but far too short
No words come, none worth retort

    With hope and with passion
I gave it all, in my fashion

These words have meaning but to few
My thoughts may seem strange to you
If dead I am, how can it be true
That these words are here, if only I knew

    Realities merge and split again
Life ends before it can ever begin
To know the dreams of youth
To see them dashed with age
Some ask for some sort of proof
Just trust me son turn the page

With each of your poems, I get a message. I don't assume to know your heart, just wanted you to know, you touch mine. With your words. Thanks

Thank you for your comments. It makes me very glad that my words can touch another in such a way.

A coming of age poem. I always like these since I have overcome challenges of loss and love. Live life to your fullest w/o regrets is the warning to heed here (is my interpretation of the poem). Ginga

Wow that was powerful. I get it.
