    Women Day

In a woman, man is conceived
From a woman, he is born
With a woman, he is betrothed and married
With a woman, he contracts friendship
    Why denounce her
    The one from whom
    Even kings are born!!!
From a woman, a woman is born
None may exist, without a woman.

    Woman is source of power
    Symbol of strength
    Icon of love
At each stage, different roles to play
    From a daughter to daughter-in-law
    From a wife to mother
    From a friend to sister
Every emotion is related to her
She has a lot to give and share

    Woman is no more helpless
    She is independent
    Today she is educated
    Salute womanhood
    Celebrate Women’s Day

    I agree with every word.

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
